We are looking for a Senior Java Developer / Tech Lead to lead the development of an enterprise-grade integration and orchestration platform built with Java, Spring Boot, and Temporal.

In this role, you will drive technical implementation, guide the engineering team, and ensure high-quality, scalable, and secure backend solutions. The platform integrates multiple systems, exposes APIs and event-driven workflows, and supports complex business processes.

Our client is a global corporation with operations in 180+ countries developing a large-scale digital ecosystem for innovative IoT products used by millions of customers worldwide.

The platform supports hundreds of applications and provides shared services, infrastructure, and engineering standards for product teams.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Experience designing and developing microservices and REST APIs
• Hands-on experience with distributed systems and event-driven architectures
• Experience with workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Temporal)
• Strong understanding of cloud environments (AWS preferred)
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and system design experience
• Good communication and leadership skills (mentoring or tech leadership experience is a plus)

Responsibilities

• Lead development of Java / Spring Boot services and ensure code quality
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and code reviews
• Implement workflow orchestration (Temporal) and distributed system patterns
• Design scalable APIs and event-driven integrations
