At Intellias, we help build a large-scale software ecosystem for a next-generation IoT product that combines cutting-edge technology with a modern consumer experience. Our teams develop core platform components that power eCommerce, Digital Marketing, and IoT solutions.
As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will join the Core Architecture Team and contribute to building and maintaining a robust Digital Engineering Platform that enables engineering teams to develop, deploy, and operate applications efficiently and reliably.
What you will do
- Manage DevOps tools and AWS cloud infrastructure
- Support production systems and resolve incidents (break-fix support)
- Develop and maintain automated testing for cloud environments
- Participate in architecture and technology reviews
- Design and improve IT processes and platform reliability
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- 5+ years of experience in automation and system deployments using Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages
- 3–5 years of experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- 3–5 years of experience in incident management and troubleshooting
- 3+ years of experience with Linux and Windows administration
- Experience with microservices architectures and APIs (REST, GraphQL)
- Hands-on experience with observability tools (CloudWatch, Elastic Stack, Grafana, New Relic, etc.)
- Strong understanding of cloud networking (VPC, VPN, hybrid connectivity)
- Upper-intermediate English or higher
