Senior Site Reliability Engineer AWS

Our client is a global company with over 100 years of history and operations in more than 180 countries. One of their key strategic goals is developing Reduced-Risk Products (RRPs) — innovative alternatives to traditional cigarettes designed for over 1 billion consumers worldwide.

At Intellias, we help build a large-scale software ecosystem for a next-generation IoT product that combines cutting-edge technology with a modern consumer experience. Our teams develop core platform components that power eCommerce, Digital Marketing, and IoT solutions.

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will join the Core Architecture Team and contribute to building and maintaining a robust Digital Engineering Platform that enables engineering teams to develop, deploy, and operate applications efficiently and reliably.

What you will do

• Manage DevOps tools and AWS cloud infrastructure
• Support production systems and resolve incidents (break-fix support)
• Develop and maintain automated testing for cloud environments
• Participate in architecture and technology reviews
• Design and improve IT processes and platform reliability

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• 5+ years of experience in automation and system deployments using Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages
• 3–5 years of experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• 3–5 years of experience in incident management and troubleshooting
• 3+ years of experience with Linux and Windows administration
• Experience with microservices architectures and APIs (REST, GraphQL)
• Hands-on experience with observability tools (CloudWatch, Elastic Stack, Grafana, New Relic, etc.)
• Strong understanding of cloud networking (VPC, VPN, hybrid connectivity)
• Upper-intermediate English or higher
