MOJAM is looking for a PRO Delivery Manager whose core mission is to systematically level up delivery across all teams. Not by jumping into every team to run things — but by building the framework, sharing knowledge, equipping teams with the right tools, and making sure they can own and drive delivery themselves. 📍 What to Do

  • Design and improve cross-team delivery processes: how teams plan, how they work on projects and smaller routine tasks, and how they collaborate with each other
  • Set up delivery metrics (lead time, cycle time, etc.) and build dashboards used by managers and teams themselves during retros
  • Step into teams when needed to help establish processes on the ground, and then step back to the meta level, leaving the team fully capable of sustaining them
  • Facilitate retros, planning sessions, and other rituals. Teach teams to run them independently
  • Identify cross-team risks, dependencies, and blockers and surface them before they turn into real problems
  • Prepare status reports for stakeholders and help teams manage expectations
  • Make sure Jira reflects reality rather than serves as a pain source

Success in this role looks like this. Six months after joining:

  • Each team clearly understands its delivery metrics (not product metrics)
  • Processes are documented, with a clear strategy and backlog for their evolution
  • Teams regularly run their own rituals, not only product managers

🦸 Your Superpowers

  • 5+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager. Candidates with backgrounds as Project Lead, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach are also welcome — as long as they can clearly explain the difference and how they would adapt to this role
  • Experience working in product companies, with a clear understanding of the difference between product and project development
  • Hands-on experience setting up value delivery processes across multiple teams simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks. Able to explain the differences between Scrum, Kanban Method, XP, and others. The broader the perspective, the better!
  • Experience working with delivery and engineering metrics such as DORA, SPACE, DevEx, or similar frameworks, including calculating, visualizing, and drawing insights from them. Again, broader experience is a plus
  • Confident with Jira setup: boards, workflows, reports
  • Able to write SQL queries or extract data from APIs (using AI tools when helpful is totally fine)
  • Experience running internal training sessions for groups, not just individual mentoring
  • Able to quickly understand team context to facilitate meetings like retros or planning sessions. Approaches it not mechanically, but with a real understanding of what’s happening in the team

  • Has played CS: Global Offensive or Counter-Strike 2
