📍 What to Do
- Work across multiple product teams (VIP, CRM, antifraud, finance and others), not tied to a single team
- Build dashboards, calculate experiment results, write feature research, manage event tracking, and handle ad hoc requests
- This role does not involve marketing analytics or data engineering tasks
- Maintain a strong product mindset: not just analyzing numbers but proposing hypotheses and improving the product
- Create insightful reports, dashboards, and automated solutions
- Support the product team with data-driven insights
- Design, run, and interpret A/B tests
- Solve data-related issues using strong problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with teams to shape the product vision through data insights
- 3+ years of relevant experience as a Product Analyst (Middle+ level, ideally closer to Senior)
- Experience with product analytics, improving conversion and retention, A/B testing, and product experiments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience with Amplitude or similar analytics platforms
- Advanced SQL skills, including working with DWH systems (Redshift, BigQuery, etc.), CTEs, window functions, and query optimization
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or similar platforms
- Experience working with Amplitude as a primary product analytics tool (Mixpanel may be considered in some cases)
- Experience with BI platforms such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Apache Superset or similar
- Strong SQL knowledge (Redshift, BigQuery, ClickHouse, Snowflake or similar databases)
- Willingness to work with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT and integrate AI into analytics workflows
- Experience with dbt (optional, can be learned)
- Experience with modern data stack and infrastructure as code
- Experience with BI tools such as Looker or Lightdash
- Python skills for data manipulation and analysis
- Experience with Airflow DAGs
- Understanding of dbt and data modeling concepts
