You will ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design. UI UX Designer Responsibilities
We are seeking a UI/UX Designer, who is interested in working with us on both mobile (including Android, and iOS) & web platforms. You will ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design. UI UX Designer Responsibilities
- Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.
- Conceptualizing and designing a comprehensive UI/UX strategy for the brand.
- Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
- Designing and testing UI elements and tools for our digital assets, such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets.
- Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.
- Adhering to style standards in typography and graphic design.
- Translate high-level design requirements into effortlessly simple user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Work closely with the Product developer team, manage and maintain designs to meet customer needs, and validate and ensure the final delivery of world-class experiences.
- Improve user experience by simplifying and refining the user interface.
- Participate in design discussions and collaborative sessions with teams and stakeholders, offering and providing feedback on concepts and ideas to evolve the experience.
- Deliver and maintain high-fidelity schematics, workflows, interaction storyboards, and design deliverables that guide creative, content, and development efforts.
- Participate in User Research and Usability Testing from time to time.
- Be a productive and additive teammate, actively helping leaders and peers to raise the bar while also capitalizing on ideas from others.
- A bachelor's degree and 0-2 years of UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.
- Proficiency in Design & Prototyping tools like- Figma, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.
- Ability to lead and own projects from concept to execution.
- A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
- Working knowledge of the following technologies and software will be a benefit: Design Systems, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, and Android.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
