Job Summary
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with 3+ years of experience who can contribute across both user experience strategy and visual interface design. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working through the entire design process from understanding user problems and creating flows to delivering high-quality UI designs ready for development.
Work closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to design intuitive, scalable, and user-friendly digital experiences for web and enterprise applications.

Technical Skills:
Problem Understanding
Technical Skills: UX Strategy, Wireframing, Design Layouts, Prototyping.
Mandatory Skills: Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop.
Education Qualification: A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI (Human-Computer Interaction), or a related field is preferred but not mandatory

Key Responsibilities
Technical Skills:
Problem Understanding
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand user needs, workflows, and business requirements
- Participate in requirement analysis, and usability improvements
- Create user journeys, task flows, and information architecture
- Translate business requirements into logical product flows and interaction models
- Documentation of all the discussion and changes through the iterations
- Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes
- Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate user interactions and workflows
- Iterate designs based on feedback and testing
- Design pixel-perfect UI interfaces for web and mobile platforms
- Ensure designs are consistent, responsive, and accessible
- Apply strong visual hierarchy, typography, color systems, and layout principles
- Contribute to Implementing, building and maintaining design systems and reusable components
- Ensure design consistency across products and platforms
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Provide design documentation in co-ordination with Product manager
- Stay updated on UX methodologies, UI trends, and emerging design tools
- Bring new ideas that improve product usability and design quality
