We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented entry-level Software Engineer (AI/ML). This role will blend business acumen with technical proficiency, requiring the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into effective system configurations. You will be a key player in ensuring our systems accurately reflect business needs and operate efficiently. This position will focus heavily on the developing new processes with technical solutions with the vehicle configuration space. The position will utilize ML and AI to quickly develop solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to understand business needs, gather detailed requirements, and document them clearly and concisely using various techniques (e.g., user stories, use cases, process flows).
• Translate business requirements into technical configurations within our backend.
• Developing and maintaining configuration specifications.
• Creating and modifying data mappings and integrations.
• Implementing and testing new configurations.
• Troubleshooting and resolving configuration-related issues.
• Analyze existing data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. This may involve querying databases, generating reports, and visualizing data using appropriate tools. Identify opportunities to streamline business processes and improve system efficiency through configuration changes and best practices.
• Thoroughly test configurations to ensure they meet requirements and function as expected. Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
• Work closely with developers, IT support, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support of system configurations.
  

Job Requirements

Experience Required

• ML experience and implementation experience
  
  

Experience Preferred

• Java experience
• SQL experience
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Experience with vehicle configuration is a plus.
  
  

Education Required

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, or a related field.
  
  

Education Preferred

• Master's degree with concentration in ML is a plus.
