We are looking for a DeFi Strategy Analyst to support research, analysis and monitoring of decentralized finance protocols and strategies across multiple blockchain networks.

The DeFi Strategy Analyst focuses on understanding how decentralized finance protocols operate and how different mechanisms influence liquidity, incentives and capital flows across blockchain ecosystems.

You will analyze DeFi strategies, track developments in leading protocols and evaluate structural changes in decentralized financial infrastructure.

This role is suited for candidates who actively follow DeFi markets and have practical experience interacting with blockchain protocols.

The position does not involve software development or security engineering.

• Monitor developments across decentralized finance ecosystems
• Analyze DeFi strategies such as lending, liquidity provision and staking models
• Track protocol incentives, governance proposals and ecosystem updates
• Evaluate liquidity flows and capital allocation across DeFi protocols
• Maintain internal research reports and dashboards related to DeFi markets
• Support analysis of emerging protocols and DeFi market narratives
• Track developments across major blockchain networks used for DeFi
• Assist with internal research related to decentralized finance opportunities

• Strong interest in decentralized finance and blockchain ecosystems
• Experience interacting with DeFi protocols such as lending platforms or liquidity pools
• Familiarity with major DeFi platforms and blockchain networks
• Experience using non-custodial wallets such as MetaMask, Rabby, Phantom or Trust Wallet
• Ability to monitor market developments and analyze protocol mechanisms
• Analytical mindset and curiosity about decentralized financial systems

Technical development experience is not required.

This position does not involve:

• smart contract development
• cybersecurity roles
• proprietary trading
• marketing or community management

The role focuses on DeFi research, strategy analysis and ecosystem monitoring.

Base Salary: $130,000 – $145,000 USD per year
