Job Description

Help us lead the strategy, design, and delivery of innovative digital solutions to enhance efficiency, client satisfaction, and compliance in the global food TIC (Testing, Inspection & Certification) industry. We are looking for an experienced Product Lead to combine business acumen, technology expertise, food quality knowledge, and emerging technologies to build scalable, data-driven products.

Key Missions

Digital Project Delivery: Lead the execution of digital initiatives from planning to rollout. Coordinate with product, engineering, QA, and business teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with operational needs.

Client Onboarding & Adoption: Support the onboarding of internal teams and external clients to new digital tools and platforms. Monitor adoption, identify barriers to usage, and work with stakeholders to improve engagement and value realization.

Cross-Regional Coordination: Act as the key point of coordination between regional teams in Latin America and global teams in Asia and Europe. Ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and implementation strategies.

Business Analysis & Solution Design: Work with stakeholders to understand operational needs and document requirements, workflows, and user stories. Contribute to designing practical digital solutions that improve efficiency and data quality.

Data & Adoption Insights: Track product usage and operational data to assess adoption and identify improvement opportunities. Use insights from client interactions and operational teams to inform future enhancements.

Testing & Implementation: Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support smooth rollouts of new features and tools. Ensure issues are addressed quickly and users are supported during implementation.

Field Engagement: Engage directly with operational teams and auditors to observe workflows, gather feedback, and ensure digital tools effectively support real-world inspection and audit processes.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience managing digital or technology projects in complex operational environments
  • Is comfortable working across regions and time zones
  • Can engage with clients and operational teams to drive adoption
  • Has strong organizational and communication skills
  • Is able to work independently while coordinating multiple stakeholders
  • Has experience with Agile or digital product delivery environments

Experience in Food, Quality, Compliance, or TIC industries is a plus.
