A senior leadership role to lead a Swiss technology consulting and software engineering business, with a clear mandate to strengthen commercial performance and shape the next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Leadership & Performance: Assume end‑to‑end responsibility for the Swiss entity, including revenue, profitability, and strategic positioning in the local market.
  Define a clear growth plan, monitor key performance indicators, and implement targeted actions to improve commercial results and delivery economics.
• Market & Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a go‑to‑market strategy for custom software engineering, digital transformation and data/AI initiatives with Swiss enterprise and public‑sector clients. Identify and prioritise target sectors and accounts, ensuring the portfolio increasingly reflects higher‑value project and solution work.
• Project & Solution Orientation: Lead the transition from predominantly staffing‑led engagements towards problem‑driven project and solution delivery. Work closely with consulting and engineering leaders to shape offerings, price them appropriately, and ensure they can be delivered reliably.
• Leadership of Swiss Organization: Set direction and expectations for the Swiss leadership team and senior consultants, creating alignment around commercial goals and ways of working. Strengthen collaboration between sales, consulting and delivery, and build a culture that balances client impact, technical excellence and accountability.
• Stakeholder Management & Governance: Act as primary counterpart for group‑level leadership on Swiss performance, strategy and risk topics. Represent the Swiss business in external forums and networks, positioning the firm as a trusted, engineering‑driven consulting partner.

Profile:

• Senior Services Leader in Switzerland: Substantial experience (10+ years) in technology or software engineering services in Switzerland, ideally in a mid‑sized or international consultancy. Clear evidence of driving growth in project‑ and solution‑based business, not only in classic staffing models.
• Commercially Strong, Client‑Facing: Recognised ability to originate and secure complex technology projects with Swiss clients, working closely with expert teams on scope, value and pricing. Comfortable leading high‑stakes client discussions at C‑level and representing the firm in the market.
• P&L and Organizational Responsibility: Proven track record running a country organisation, business unit or industry vertical with full or substantial P&L responsibility. Experienced in managing margins, utilisation and pricing, and in making disciplined investment and resourcing decisions.
• Technology & Engineering Literacy: Solid understanding of custom software engineering and adjacent domains such as cloud, data/AI and security, enabling effective collaboration with architects and delivery leads.
• Change‑Oriented, Resilient Leader: Experience leading organisations through phases of change or repositioning, combining clarity of direction with transparent communication and a pragmatic, hands‑on style.
