As the MAX Product Manager, you’ll lead solutions that help venues thrive, keep customers engaged, and ensure every product meets the highest standards of compliance and commercial success.
How You'll Be Part Of The Action
Reporting to senior leaders within MAX, you’ll guide the full lifecycle of venue products — from shaping new ideas to improving existing solutions. Working with teams across sales, technology, finance, regulatory, and venue operations, you’ll make decisions that drive performance, customer value, and long-term loyalty. You’ll also lead a small team focused on loyalty and training.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from idea to retirement
- Drive product performance through insightful analysis and commercial thinking
- Optimise supplier and partner relationships to improve product outcomes
- Create investment plans that maximise returns for MAX and our venue partners
- Lead cross functional collaboration to bring products to market on time
- Manage projects that enhance profitability and customer experience across venues
You bring a blend of commercial strength, technical understanding, and the ability to bring people together. You’re comfortable making investment decisions, navigating regulations, and managing suppliers — all while keeping customers and venues at the centre.
- Experienced in managing products in complex, regulated environments
- Proven ability to analyse performance and make strong commercial decisions
- Strong capability in project management across technical and operational teams
- Ability to build trusted relationships with suppliers, partners, and internal teams
- Strong stakeholder management across sales, technology, finance, and venue operators
- Ability to lead and develop a small team focused on loyalty and training
