We are seeking an experienced Partnership Manager – Crypto Platforms to build and manage high-value relationships within the global crypto ecosystem. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with leading crypto companies and contribute to the growth of strategic collaborations. The position is fully remote and open to candidates based in Australia.

• Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with crypto exchanges, Web3 platforms, and blockchain service providers.
• Build long-term relationships with partners to drive collaborative growth initiatives and joint projects.
• Negotiate partnership agreements, integrations, and revenue-sharing opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with internal teams including marketing, product, and strategy.
• Monitor partnership performance metrics and optimize collaboration strategies.
• Identify new partnership opportunities within the global cryptocurrency and Web3 ecosystem.
• Represent the company in partner meetings, industry events, and digital collaboration initiatives.
• Track industry developments and emerging trends across blockchain, DeFi, and crypto infrastructure.

• Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or strategic alliances.
• Strong knowledge of the cryptocurrency and blockchain ecosystem.
• Experience working with crypto exchanges, Web3 platforms, fintech companies, or digital asset service providers is highly preferred.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate partnership performance and opportunities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple strategic relationships in a remote environment.
• Fluency in English with strong professional communication skills.

• Competitive annual salary: AUD 132,000 – AUD 158,000
