About The Role
Revolut’s People team shapes how we support our people and ensure a seamless experience every day. From onboarding to coaching and development, they partner with teams across the business to create a people-first environment that enables growth and success.
We’re looking for a People Partner to support the growth and development of our fast-growing teams across Argentina and Peru. You’ll drive strategic HR initiatives while partnering with leaders to build high-performing teams, enhance engagement, and scale our people practices as we continue to grow in the region.

What You'll Be Doing
- Acting as a trusted strategic advisor to business leaders, serving as the local HR lead for Argentina and Peru
- Advising and coaching managers on employee relations, performance management, and people leadership
- Identifying people trends and risks, partnering with stakeholders to design and implement effective solutions
- Collaborating with central HR teams to optimize and execute day-to-day HR operations
- Leading performance management and disciplinary processes, ensuring fairness and consistency
- Managing transitions within internal HR systems, ensuring accurate migration of employee data
- Ensuring employees are registered under the correct legal entity, coordinating documentation and compliance requirements
- Managing HR compliance and regulatory requirements, including registrations and interactions with local authorities
- Supporting employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, off-boarding, and internal mobility
- Contributing to the development and improvement of HR policies and procedures aligned with business growth
- 7+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably within fast-paced or hyper-growth environments
- 5+ years of experience partnering with senior stakeholders, supporting leaders on strategic people topics
- Experience in regulated financial services, such as banking or fintech environments
- Solid analytical and logical thinking, with a structured approach to problem-solving and project management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with the confidence to influence leaders
- A flexible and adaptable mindset to thrive in fast-changing and ambiguous environments
- A data and process-driven approach to HR, using insights to inform decisions and improve practices
- Experience managing payroll processes, including currency conversion, local exchange rates, and deductions
- In-depth knowledge of local labor laws in Argentina and Peru, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Fluency in English
- Impressive storytelling and presentation skills
- Experience working in startup environments
