Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Project Manager, located in Greater Buenos Aires with partial remote work flexibility. The Junior Project Manager will oversee project timelines, collaborate with team members and clients, and ensure timely project deliveries. Responsibilities include coordinating resources, monitoring project progress, facilitating communications between teams, and troubleshooting any project-related challenges to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Project Management and task coordination for effective project execution
• Experience with Project Management tools to ensure timely delivery of project components
• Knowledge of AI Workflows and AI Agent processes to oversee and streamline operational workflows
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a hybrid work model
• Prior experience in a digital marketing or agency environment is a plus
• Proficiency in project management software tools is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred
