As an AI & Automation Engineer, you will play a key role in helping organizations streamline their operations and accelerate their digital transformation. Working closely with both clients and internal teams, you will analyse business processes, identify automation opportunities and translate business needs into practical digital solutions.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for clients and internal team members on functional and solution-related topics within automation and digital transformation projects.
  • Analyse and docume,nt as-is and to-be business processes, identifying inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
  • Facilitate and support clients interviews, workshops and requirements-gathering sessions to understand business needs and translate them into structured documentation
  • Translate business requirements into functional & technical specifications, ensuring feasibility and alignment with automaton tools and platforms.
  • Contribute to design, configuration and development of automation or digital solutions under supervision of more senior colleagues.
  • Validate solution outputs and assist in resolving functional or technical issues.
  • Continuously develop technical expertise in automation, data and digital tools used in the market.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure successful end-to-end project delivery.


Required skills:

  • Master’s degree with a strong technical or quantitative component (e.g. data science, IT, (business) engineering, mathematics or related)
  • Foundational programming knowledge, preferably in Python or a similar language, with the ability to understand, write, and adapt scripts or logic as part of solution development.
  • Solid underestanding of AI & data concepts, including ML fundamentals and GenAI principles.
  • Strong interest in Agentic AI concepts and their application in automation and intelligent process improvement.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex business problems into actionable solutions components.
  • Strong communication skills, enabling effective interaction with both technical & non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality output within deadlines.
  • Willingness & ability to learn new technologies quickly.
