Location: European Union (Remote)


NTU International is an international consulting company providing advisory and programme management services for governments and international organisations. We work extensively with EU institutions and development partners on policy, digital transformation, and public sector reform initiatives.


NTU is currently leading a consortium under a Multiple Framework Contract with the European Commission focused on high-level advisory services related to digital government, ICT strategy, digital policy, and public sector transformation. To support future assignments under this framework, we are expanding our pool of Cybersecurity and Digital Security experts across the European Union.


Assignments under the framework may include activities such as:

  • Development of cybersecurity strategies and governance frameworks;
  • Cybersecurity risk assessments and security architecture advisory;
  • Advisory on EU cybersecurity legislation and policies (e.g. NIS2, Cybersecurity Act);
  • Development of security standards and best practices for digital public services;
  • Support to digital resilience and secure digital infrastructure initiatives.


Profile Requirements

We are particularly interested in experts with:

  • 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or digital security advisory;
  • Experience working with EU institutions, international organisations, or national public administrations;
  • Expertise in areas such as cybersecurity governance, risk management, security architecture, or digital resilience;
  • Strong analytical and advisory skills, including preparation of strategies, assessments, or technical reports;
  • Degree in cybersecurity, information security, ICT, or related technical fields;
  • Professional certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001) are considered an asset;
  • Fluency in English is required. Additional EU languages are an asset.
