📍 2 to 3 days per week at the office in the center of Brussels

Your Missions (if you accept it 🦸)

• Coaching one or more teams in adopting and continuously improving Scrum practices
• Facilitating agile ceremonies (daily, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, refinements, …)
• Removing impediments that block the team and creating an environment that fosters collaboration and transparency
• Working closely with the Product Owner and stakeholders to maximize the value delivered
• Contributing to the diffusion of the agile mindset at our clients (coaching, workshops, facilitation, evangelization)
• Measuring and following key indicators (velocity, flow, quality, satisfaction, …) to help the team progress
• Sharing your feedback and learnings within the Wemanity community, to inspire and be inspired

☀️ What are we looking for

• Up to 5 years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master or in a very similar role (and minimum 2 years of experience)
• You are fluent in French or Dutch, with a very good command of English, both spoken and written
• You have a solid understanding of Scrum and agility fundamentals, and have already worked with at least one product / IT or business team
• You have a master degree

Big plus if you have:

• Experience in marketing
• Experience in the financial sector
• An existing Scrum certification
