This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Scrum Master. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be engaged in dynamic projects, working on-site with the client’s Channels and Customer Experience Enterprises tribe. The Sales Data Stack squad is pivotal in transforming data flows between sources and visualization layers, ensuring seamless integration and actionable insights. You will collaborate closely with the Data Hub tribe and contribute to the Sales Data Insight squad, driving data-driven decision-making for sales optimization. Some experience in data transformation is a plus.

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Scrum Master. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be engaged in dynamic projects, working on-site with the client’s Channels and Customer Experience Enterprises tribe. The Sales Data Stack squad is pivotal in transforming data flows between sources and visualization layers, ensuring seamless integration and actionable insights. You will collaborate closely with the Data Hub tribe and contribute to the Sales Data Insight squad, driving data-driven decision-making for sales optimization. Some experience in data transformation is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the squad's efficiency and empower the team to reduce run-and-maintain activities, freeing up capacity for refactoring and innovation.
- Orchestrate end-to-end feature delivery, aligning with stakeholders to plan, track, and coordinate cross-squad dependencies, including leading Scrum-of-Scrums to ensure synchronized progress across tribes.
- Coach the team in self-organization and Agile/Scrum practices (ceremonies, artefacts, etc.).
- Drive the squads' continuous improvement.
- Remove obstacles or help the team remove obstacles, ensuring the team remains focused on its objectives.
- Facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution, creating a safe and trustworthy environment.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and information sharing.
- Protect the team from unexpected work influx.
- Establish and follow up on the delivery plan for your features with contributors.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and obstacles during feature delivery.
- Organize Scrum-of-Scrums to align concerned squads and tribes.
- Report on delivery progress during the Delivery Board.
- Maintain a high level of alignment with other feature or Opus roles (owner, quality, release, etc.).
- Fluent in English (mandatory for cross-tribe collaboration).
- Proficiency in at least one national language (French or Dutch) and passive understanding of the second to engage with local stakeholders and squad members.
- Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent experience.
- Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, with a pragmatic approach to adapting frameworks to team needs.
- Experience in Scrum-of-Scrums and scaling Agile in complex, multi-team environments (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).
- Knowledge of data pipelines/ETL processes is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Kanban for managing run-and-maintain activities alongside sprint work.
- 3+ years as a Scrum Master in IT/data-driven environments, with a track record of improving team autonomy and delivery predictability.
- Proven ability to reduce technical debt and optimize workflows in collaboration with engineers.
- Experience in stakeholder management, including translating business goals into actionable Agile plans.
- Hands-on involvement in feature delivery, from planning to deployment, with a focus on end-to-end ownership.
