Program Manager – Lead Complex Product Development Programs with Real Impact

We are looking for a Program Manager to take ownership of end-to-end product development programs and drive them to successful completion. In this strategic role, you will work across engineering, product, QA, sales, operations, and external partners – ensuring alignment, transparency, and high-quality execution.

Your Mission

As a Program Manager, you will ensure that complex development programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, without compromising quality or customer value.

You will:

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional product development programs aligned with company objectives
• Manage scope, timelines, resources, dependencies, and risks to ensure program success
• Act as the single point of contact for stakeholders regarding program status and progress
• Monitor KPIs and provide clear, structured reporting to leadership
• Drive alignment across engineering, product, QA, sales, operations, finance, and supply chain
• Own and prioritize the development backlog at program level
• Ensure strong understanding of customer value and business case throughout the lifecycle
• Organize key reviews to guarantee quality and formal acceptance of results
• Make critical decisions regarding program planning, priorities, and delivery strategies
• Lead program governance and status reviews
• Continuously improve program management practices and the Product Lifecycle process
• Support and coach project managers and team leaders (without direct line management responsibility)
• Collaborate with strategic partners, vendors, and key customers when required

In some programs, you may also act as a Product Owner for a specific development area.

What You Bring

We are looking for a leader who combines technical credibility with strong coordination and communication skills.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
• 5+ years of experience in project or program management in a technology environment
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex programs
• Strong knowledge of modern project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, SAFe)
• Experience in budgeting, resource planning, and risk management
• Understanding of both technical and business aspects of digital product development
• Fluency in English and Finnish
• Ability to manage change, resolve conflicts, and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Considered a plus:

• Program management certification (PMI, PgMP, Prince2, SAFe Program Consultant)
• Familiarity with building automation
