Senior AI Engineer
Tasks
- Design and validate end-to-end, enterprise-grade AI architectures (LLM orchestration, MLOps/AIOps pipelines, vector search, data platforms, observability, security)
- Integrate AI solutions into complex enterprise environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, compliance, and production readiness
- Lead advanced AI engineering workstreams, including fine-tuning, optimization, and/or pre-training of open-source LLMs
- Define and promote engineering best practices, reference architectures, and reusable accelerators to industrialize delivery
- Oversee technical delivery across multiple AI projects, mentor AI engineering teams, and manage execution topics (quality, timelines, risks, dependencies)
- Act as a senior client-facing advisor: requirements discovery, regulatory-to-technical translation (AI Act, Data Act, GDPR), and contribution to pre-sales (proposals, RFPs, pitches, use-case ideation)

Qualifications
- At least 3 years overall IT experience, including at least 1 year in AI engineering or AI development
- Minimum Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent)
- Strong ability to design AI & data architectures integrated into enterprise landscapes; hands-on LLM fine-tuning/adaptation/training and production delivery
- Consulting background: requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and translating AI regulations into actionable technical requirements
- Excellent French & English communication/presentation skills; experience leading technical teams, contributing to governance, and solid project-management capabilities
- Nice to have + soft skills: Mistral AI, sovereign cloud (OVHcloud/Outscale), PMP/Prince2, regulated industries exposure; critical thinking, ownership, trust-building, and leadership
