As digital commerce continues to evolve, blockchain infrastructure and decentralized finance are becoming increasingly relevant to global economic systems. SKT is exploring opportunities in these emerging financial ecosystems and building internal expertise around decentralized financial infrastructure.

We are currently seeking a DeFi Risk Analyst to monitor decentralized finance protocols, assess protocol risk factors, and support research related to DeFi ecosystems.

The DeFi Risk Analyst focuses on evaluating operational and protocol-level risks across decentralized finance platforms.

You will analyze DeFi mechanisms, monitor protocol developments and track risk indicators across lending platforms, liquidity pools and other decentralized financial infrastructure.

The role is suited for candidates who actively interact with DeFi protocols and are familiar with blockchain applications and wallet-based financial systems.

This position does not involve software development or cybersecurity work.

The focus is on DeFi protocol monitoring, risk assessment and research.

• Monitor risk factors across decentralized finance protocols
• Analyze protocol mechanisms such as lending markets, liquidity pools and staking systems
• Track changes in protocol incentives, emissions and governance proposals
• Identify potential risks related to liquidity, collateralization and smart contract exposure
• Evaluate protocol documentation and ecosystem developments
• Maintain internal dashboards and reports related to DeFi activity and risk indicators
• Track market conditions affecting decentralized finance ecosystems
• Assist in research on emerging DeFi platforms and strategies

• Familiarity with decentralized finance ecosystems and blockchain protocols
• Experience interacting with DeFi platforms such as lending markets, liquidity pools or staking systems
• Understanding of DeFi concepts including collateralization, liquidity provision and yield mechanisms
• Experience using non-custodial wallets such as MetaMask, Rabby, Phantom or Trust Wallet
• Analytical mindset and ability to monitor protocol metrics
• Interest in blockchain infrastructure and decentralized financial systems

Technical development experience is not required.

This role does not involve:

• trading or portfolio management
• smart contract development
• cybersecurity roles
• marketing or business development

The focus is on DeFi protocol risk analysis and ecosystem monitoring.

Base Salary: $125,000 – $140,000 USD per year
