Vice President – Banking & Capital Markets (International). Dublin, Ireland | Hybrid.


A global data and AI-driven consulting and services organisation is seeking a Vice President – Banking & Capital Markets (International) to join its senior leadership team.


This is a strategic leadership role responsible for managing the international Banking & Capital Markets business while driving growth within the Irish banking sector. The position combines business leadership, client partnership, strategic planning, and operational oversight.


Based in Dublin, the role works closely with international leadership teams across Europe and the US, contributing to global strategy while leading key client relationships and delivery excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and execution of global Banking & Capital Markets strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Act as Client Partner for key banking clients in Ireland, managing and growing strategic relationships.
  • Provide oversight of client service delivery and operational performance across international engagements.
  • Identify and drive new business opportunities and expansion within existing accounts.
  • Lead P&L oversight, budgeting processes, and pricing governance for the international BCM business.
  • Support the development of new services and solutions aligned with market and client needs.
  • Gather market intelligence and client insights to inform strategy and innovation.
  • Ensure strong governance, compliance, and quality standards across delivery operations.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams globally to align strategy and execution.
  • Support talent strategy, leadership development, and recruitment initiatives across delivery teams.


About You

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • 20+ years’ experience across sales, service delivery, consulting, or operations
  • At least 5 years in senior leadership roles
  • Proven track record leading business units and managing strategic client relationships
  • Understanding of data, AI, and technology-enabled service delivery models
  • Established relationships within the Irish Banking sector at C-suite level
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Candidates must already have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
