We are working with a dynamic blue-chip international organisation that is looking to hire a junior HRBP for their team based in Citywest. This is a varied and rewarding role supporting the full HR lifecycle, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management and HR process improvement.
You will partner closely with managers and HR leadership, operating with a good degree of autonomy while helping to create a positive employee experience and strong organisational capability. The ideal candidate will bring international HR experience supporting Irish employees as well as colleagues based in Germany and/or Spain. We are looking for someone who is ambitious, proactive and genuinely passionate about HR, and excited to continue building their career in a fast-moving international environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment for professional and technical roles
- Manage employee relations matters and investigations
- Ensure employment law compliance and support hearings where required
- Coach managers on performance management and development conversations
- Oversee the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
- Support HR process improvements and HR systems optimisation
- Contribute to HR projects, engagement initiatives and global community programmes
Experience and skills:
- 3 - 5 + years’ HR experience, including handling complex employee relations
- Experience supporting Irish employees, with exposure to Germany and/or Spain considered advantageous
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
- Recruitment experience, ideally at mid-to-senior level
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
- High levels of discretion and sound judgement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HR systems experience preferred
- Language skills: fluent English and either Spanish or German would be ideal
- Self-starter who is collaborative, people-focused and genuinely passionate about HR
The role operates on a hybrid basis (three days in the office in Citywest) with occasional travel. It offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious HR professional to grow and develop within a global organisation.
