We are seeking a JUNIOR CREATIVE DESIGNER to support our creative and product design teams in developing high-quality visual content for our bicycles, components, and brand communication. The ideal candidate is a passionate and detail-oriented designer with strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator, and a keen eye for visual storytelling, color, and layout.
This role will closely support the Lead Creative Designer in translating concepts into compelling graphics for products, presentations, and marketing materials, contributing to a consistent and premium visual identity across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Lead Creative Designer in developing and executing graphic design concepts for products, packaging, and communication materials.
- Support the preparation of presentation materials and visual content for internal and external stakeholders.
- Work on product graphics, decals, and color & finish documentation for the design.
- Ensure brand consistency and visual coherence across all deliverables.
- Collaborate with industrial and design engineers to align visual identity with product aesthetics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in product, sports, or lifestyle brands.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of color, typography, and composition principles.
- Ability to work with branding guidelines and maintain a consistent visual language.
- Good communication skills, collaborative mindset, problem solving.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Nice to Have
- Photography skills and knowledge of photo‑editing tools.
- Experience with motion graphics or 3D visualization tools (Blender, etc.).
- Knowledge of print production processes and color management.
- Basic familiarity with industrial design workflows or product visualization.
- Passion for cycling, design, and innovation.
