Role
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Service Desk Specialist (L1–L2) to join our support team in Riga. You will act as the first point of contact for business clients, resolving technical issues, managing access, and ensuring smooth communication between users and internal technical teams.
This role requires responsibility, structured thinking, and a client-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
• Handle incoming support requests: register, prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve L1–L2 incidents
• Escalate complex issues to L2–L3 teams and ensure SLA compliance
• Manage accounts and access, including onboarding and offboarding
• Support Windows Active Directory, workstations, software installations, and hardware diagnostics
• Provide remote support and maintain asset inventory
• Monitor system alerts and respond proactively to incidents
• Act as a communication bridge between clients and technical teams, ensuring clear updates and proper follow-up after resolution
Requirements
• Experience in IT support (L1–L2 level)
• Confident working with Active Directory and ticketing systems
• Comfortable supporting Windows and macOS users
• Structured, responsible, and client-focused
• Strong communication skills
• Latvian – required; English – required; Russian – considered an advantage
Nice To Have
• Basic networking troubleshooting skills
• Basic Linux experience
• Basic knowledge of information security principles
