Senior Engineers (Backend Java / Spring Boot & Frontend React)

We are looking for Senior Engineers to join a Squad Team of 6–9 experts building a brand-new application in the financial sector.
You will work in a collaborative Agile environment alongside tech leads, business analysts, developers and testers to design, develop and deliver modern, scalable applications deployed in containerized environments (on-premise and cloud).
1️⃣ Senior Backend Engineer – Java / Spring Boot
Your Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and deploy backend applications and services using Java and Spring Boot
- Design and implement REST and SOAP APIs
- Build microservices and event-driven architectures (Kafka)
- Ensure code quality through unit testing and best development practices
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Tech Stack
- Java 17 (preferably 21+)
- Spring Framework 6.x / Spring Boot 3.x
- JPA / Hibernate
- Kafka
- JUnit / TestNG, Mockito
- Maven, Git
- Docker & containerized environments
- CI/CD pipelines (preferably Azure DevOps)
- Cloud platforms (preferably Azure)
- OIDC / OAuth authentication
Nice to Have
- Integration technologies (Apache Camel or Spring Integration)
- Experience with microservices architectures
- Workflow engines (e.g. Temporal)
2️⃣ Senior Frontend Engineer – React / JavaScript
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain modern web applications and user interfaces
- Build reusable UI components and design system elements using React
- Integrate frontend features with REST APIs
- Ensure reliability through automated frontend testing
- Collaborate with backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
