For an assignment with one of our clients, we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join their existing on-site team.

Your role
For an assignment with one of our clients, we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join their existing on-site team.
📍 Luxembourg | ⏱ 3 days/week
Your role
- Join the client’s on-site recruitment team,
- Conduct recruitment interviews autonomously,
- Apply and follow the client’s recruitment methodology,
- Contribute to the selection process through candidate assessment and recommendations.
- Proven experience in recruitment (in-house or agency),
- Comfortable conducting interviews and assessing candidate profiles,
- Autonomous, detail-oriented, and strong interpersonal skills,
- Ability to integrate quickly into an existing team,
- Bilingual French/English.
- Part-time: 3 days per week,
- Initial duration: 4 months, with possible extension depending on profile and needs,
- Flexible status: freelance or fixed-term contract (CDD),
- Immediate availability preferred.
