Security Engineer – Identity and Access Management – IAM L1 (M/F)

Please find below the text of our RFP concerning the reinforcement of the DSI Security team through technical assistance from a Security Engineer – IAM L1 profile for an initial period of 6 months, which may be renewed.

In the long term, this position may become sensitive and therefore internalization may be considered. If this occurs, Foyer will define the internalization conditions in agreement with the employee’s employer.

Mission of the Security Engineer – IAM L1

Foyer is undergoing a digital transformation, which includes a revamp of its security infrastructures as well as its CI/CD pipeline.

The assignment will take place on the premises of the IT Department (DSI) of Foyer Group in Leudelange.

Remote work will be allowed according to Foyer’s internal policies.

Required profile

  • You are available immediately or at very short notice.
  • You have good knowledge of IT security principles.
  • You are familiar with directory management basics (LDAP, Active Directory and Azure AD).
  • You have solid experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
  • RBAC and ABAC models hold no secrets for you.
  • You understand authentication protocols (SAML, OpenID Connect).
  • You are familiar with IAM tools such as SailPoint, Evidian IGA, or Okta.
  • Experience in user support is a prerequisite.
  • Organizational skills and rigor in work are required.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies is an asset.
  • Experience in deploying complex solutions in the insurance sector is a plus.
  • Scripting and automation knowledge is considered an advantage.
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • You demonstrate analytical and synthesis capabilities.
  • You have a strong team spirit.
  • You are autonomous, creative, organized, and proactive.
  • You are fluent in French and English.

Responsibilities of the IAM L1 Security Engineer

  • Manage the user account lifecycle (creation, modification, and deletion).
  • Apply access policies according to roles and responsibilities.
  • Participate in the deployment and maintenance of IAM solutions.
  • Provide Level 1 support for access-related incidents.
  • Handle user requests and application access requests.
  • Contribute to the documentation of IAM procedures.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure consistency of access rights.
