Project Commissioning Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up of multi-discipline equipment:
• Rotating/Static Equipment
• Burner Management Systems (BMS)
• Fired Heaters, Burners
• PLCs, Control Systems, F&G Systems, UPS, HVAC, Switchgear, and Utilities
• Drive mechanical completion to smooth facility handover.
• Review engineering and contractual documentation to ensure commissioning/start-up requirements.
• Prepare Commissioning Execution Plans, Method Statements, and Procedures.
• Manage performance tests, vendor assistance, and completion dossiers.
• Coordinate with project teams and client representatives for seamless handover.
• Demonstrate strong HSE commitment and ensure safety expectations are met at all times.

Requirements:

✨ Experience: 16-20 years in Oil & Gas plants with expertise in commissioning and start-up. ✨ Hands-on experience with completion management systems like ICAPS/WinPCS. ✨ Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills. ✨ Familiarity with dossier preparation, performance test reviews, and HSE standards.
