YOUR CHALLENGE
During the programme, you will:
- Learn how to scale Customer Experience (CX) in a structured and sustainable way — beyond one‑off design thinking workshops.
- Understand how to guide a fragmented legacy tool landscape towards a unified and seamless digital workbench
- Get to know our Front through a rotation as part of your graduate program
- Discover how hands-on business transformation works and help establish a journey‑based way of working within Digital Delivery and beyond
- Work closely with UX/UI Designers by preparing well‑researched as‑is journeys and developing clear guardrails for to‑be journeys
- Collaborate with Product Owners and similar roles to support better user flows in digital products
- Partner with CX Strategists and CX Analysts who will coach you on mapping journeys, identifying insights and opportunities, and connecting these to implementation in Jira
- Gain hands‑on experience with a dedicated journey‑management platform and learn how to apply it effectively in daily work
- Be part of a larger unit that shapes and steers the strategy for the overarching Digital Delivery organisation
- Drive transformation together with a diverse team of experts working on customer experience, strategic roadmaps, and new ways of working
- Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in Service Design, Customer Experience Design Management, Interaction Design, UX Design or similar (graduation max. 12 months ago)
- Initial practical experience in applied CX or Service Design within a larger organisation — ideally working end‑to‑end, combining research and insights into clear, actionable future‑state journeys
- Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth
- A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning
- Fluency in English is a must, fluency in German is a plus
- Eligibility to work in the country where you apply for the position
