We are representing a global professional services Firm in Zurich that is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Technology & Change Director to support the continued expansion of its cyber advisory capabilities across diverse strategic sectors (e.g. manufacturing, life sciences and industrial sectors).


This role senior role requires leadership skills and combines client engagement, strategic advisory, and team guidance in the design and delivery of complex cybersecurity transformation programmes.


The successful candidate will work closely with senior executives and technology leaders to design security strategies, modernise cyber operating models, and oversee large-scale implementation programmes in complex international environments.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead and deliver large-scale cybersecurity transformation initiatives for multinational organisations
  • Advise senior stakeholders on cyber strategy, operating models and security governance
  • Drive end-to-end security programmes, including areas such as:
  • Operational Technology (OT) security
  • Supply chain cybersecurity
  • Identity and access management
  • Security managed services transformation
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, technology leaders and risk stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to develop new cybersecurity solutions and service offerings
  • Contribute to business development and strategic client growth
  • Lead and develop multidisciplinary international delivery teams
  • Collaborate with internal experts and technology partners to deliver innovative security solutions


Profile:


  • 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity consulting, advisory, or transformation roles
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field
  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, GICSP, GRID, GCIP or similar are advantageous
  • Strong exposure to industrial, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or engineering environments
  • Experience working with global cybersecurity organisations or large enterprise programmes
  • Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following areas:
  • OT / ICS security
  • Cybersecurity strategy and transformation
  • Supply chain security
  • Identity and access management
  • Security operations and incident response
  • Vulnerability management programmes
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and industry frameworks (e.g. NIS2, NIST, IEC/ISA standards or similar)
  • Proven ability to lead complex programmes and multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience in client engagement, strategic advisory, or business development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in English required
  • German or French considered an advantage
  • Experience working in international consulting or transformation environments is beneficial
