We are seeking a Full Stack Team Lead who will combine strong hands-on development expertise with the ability to guide and support a team of engineers. In this position, you will contribute directly to the creation of reliable and scalable applications used across a variety of operational platforms, including terrestrial, maritime, aerial, autonomous, and underground systems.

Alongside development work, you will play a key role in technical decision-making, architectural planning, and mentoring engineers, ensuring the team delivers high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and build robust, scalable software solutions across both backend and frontend layers
• Provide technical leadership while remaining actively involved in development activities
• Participate in the definition, design, and delivery of new products and system capabilities
• Organize and manage development tasks across the full software development lifecycle
• Develop maintainable and high-performance code using Java (backend) and React/JavaScript (frontend)
• Conduct code reviews and encourage adherence to development standards and best practices
• Investigate and resolve technical issues, including debugging and improving existing applications
• Ensure software solutions are aligned with functional requirements and business objectives
• Work closely with internal departments, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure successful delivery
• Support the professional growth of junior developers through mentorship and technical guidance

Requirments:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar technical discipline
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development with Java, React, and JavaScript
• Practical experience building applications with React and modern web development frameworks
• Proven background in developing scalable systems and microservices-based architectures
• Experience leading technical projects or guiding development teams
• Familiarity with Agile development practices and collaborative delivery models
• Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting capabilities
• Ability to balance independent work with team leadership responsibilities
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Comfortable working in Linux and Windows operating environments
