We are seeking a skilled Designer to contribute to the creative vision for new categories within a leading global client's portfolio. This is a pivotal role where you will translate strategic visions into captivating visual designs for products at the intersection of technology, style, and consumer experience. You'll navigate a dynamic and highly regulated environment, creating designs that are not only aesthetically compelling but also responsible and compliant.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Execute Visual Concepts for New Categories: Develop and execute high-quality visual designs and assets across a range of applications, including product packaging, digital interfaces (web/app), marketing collateral, retail displays, and social media content specifically for new, innovative product categories.
  • Contribute to Brand Innovation: Contribute to the conceptualization and development of new visual identities, brand guidelines, and design languages tailored for innovative products and new category launches within a highly regulated space.
  • Ensure Brand & Regulatory Compliance: Guarantee all designs strictly adhere to established brand guidelines, global visual standards, and specific, complex regulatory requirements inherent to new product categories.
  • Consumer-Centric Design: Translate complex product features and benefits into clear, engaging, and user-friendly visual communications that enhance the consumer experience for adult audiences.
  • Production Readiness: Prepare and deliver meticulously organized, production-ready design files for various outputs, collaborating effectively with internal teams, external agencies, and print/production suppliers.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work seamlessly with client service, copywriters, and other designers to ensure cohesive and integrated campaign execution from concept to delivery.

Who You Are

  • Proven Experience: You possess a strong portfolio demonstrating minimum 3 yrs of experience as a Designer, ideally with exposure to technology brands, consumer electronics, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) new product development.
  • Modern Design Aesthetic: A keen eye for modern, premium aesthetics and a deep understanding of how design influences consumer perception and experience in innovative product categories.
  • Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential. Experience with 3D rendering software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Keyshot, Blender) or UI/UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) is a significant advantage.
  • Adaptability & Innovation: You are naturally curious, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment where innovation and adaptability are key to success, particularly when working within regulatory constraints.
  • Detail-Oriented & Compliant: Your eye for detail is unmatched, and you approach complex design challenges within highly regulated frameworks with a meticulous, responsible, and solution-oriented mindset.

What We Offer

  • Health & Well-being: Private health insurance and access to dedicated wellness sessions at the office to support your physical and mental health.
  • Continuous Growth: Access to training programs and development opportunities, including those offered within the extensive WPP group network.
  • Global Impact: The chance to work with leading international clients, influencing diverse markets and shaping global brands in rapidly evolving new categories.
  • Vibrant Culture: Engage in regular internal events, team-building activities, and enjoy our pet-friendly office environment.
