Required competencies/experience :
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Demonstrated expertise in managing and orchestrating project activities, ideally in complex technical and multinational environments
- Technical background and strong understanding of modern, cloud-based software products and/or space technologies, enabling productive collaboration with engineering and delivery teams
- In-depth knowledge of project management techniques and tools applied to costing, risk analysis, scheduling, work organization (e.g., Jira, Atlassian) and monitoring technical and financial progress and variances
- Proven ability in setting agreements, drafting contracts, and managing partners and subcontractors
- As a key interface with customers and stakeholders, you have a deep understanding of business drivers and are focused on customer satisfaction and value creation
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Delivery and results-oriented, able to work with limited supervision and committed to meeting deadlines
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and maintaining composure under business pressure
- Fluent English (above B2 level)
- SAFe experience
- PM/SM certification
- Experience with digital transformation projects or working in start-up/scale-up environments
- You know how to work in a team, even remotely, and you have strong interpersonal skills
- Dynamic, ability to solve problems and move subjects forward
