We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer to support the development of backend systems related to post-purchase user journeys. The consultant will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend solutions that support customer-facing digital services. The role requires strong backend engineering expertise, experience with modern development practices, and the ability to work effectively in an Agile environment.

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer to support the development of backend systems related to post-purchase user journeys. The consultant will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend solutions that support customer-facing digital services. The role requires strong backend engineering expertise, experience with modern development practices, and the ability to work effectively in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs supporting post-purchase customer journeys.
- Develop scalable and reliable backend solutions using Kotlin and Java.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders within Agile teams.
- Implement and maintain automated tests to ensure system quality and reliability.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines to support efficient and continuous delivery.
- Contribute to cloud-native architecture and DevOps practices.
- Participate in troubleshooting, optimization, and continuous improvement of backend systems.
- Strong hands-on experience with Kotlin.
- Solid experience in Java backend development.
- Experience working with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar).
- Experience with cloud-hosted environments, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience working in Agile development teams.
- Experience with GraphQL in Java-based environments.
- Strong knowledge of automated testing for backend systems.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and modern development workflows.
- Understanding of cloud-native architecture.
