TXM group are currently hiring for a Senior DevOps Engineer based in Amstelveen, Netherlands. This position is a an initial 12 month contract with a permanent role being offered following this and does require someone who is able to be in office 1-2 days per week in Amstelveen.

We are looking for the following skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with enterprise Kubernetes platforms such as OpenShift, including cluster build, configuration, upgrade and operational lifecycle management (e.g. via Red Hat ecosystems).
• Proven experience designing, building and operating production-grade cloud-native platforms within enterprise or regulated environments.
• Strong experience with CI/CD and GitOps tooling such as GitLab, Jenkins, Argo CD, Tekton or similar enterprise-grade automation frameworks.
• Solid experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and configuration management tooling (e.g. Terraform, Ansible or similar).
• Strong knowledge of Linux systems, container runtimes, networking (L3–L7), storage and platform security fundamentals.
• Experience translating customer requirements into platform configurations and automation solutions
• Experience integrating security, compliance, policy and quality controls into automated delivery pipelines.
• Ability to write, develop or maintain automation code, pipeline logic and platform integrations (Go). • Strong troubleshooting capability across platform, pipeline and infrastructure layers.
• Strong understanding of release engineering, versioning strategies and controlled promotion flows across environments.
• Strong understanding of security, compliance and operational controls in sovereign or regulated environments.
• Experience working in customer-facing environments with high availability and compliance requirements.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Self-driven, accountable team player with strong delivery, quality and documentation focus.
• Fluent in English & Dutch.
