We’re Hiring: Program Manager – Digital Transformation (OT / Cybersecurity)

London Strategy is expanding and looking for experienced Program / Project Managers to support large-scale transformation initiatives across Operational Technology (OT), Industrial Digitalisation, and Information Security (ISMS / ISO 27001) environments.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in either industrial OT transformation programs or information security governance and ISO 27001 implementations.

Role Overview

You will lead and support strategic transformation initiatives across client environments, working with cross-functional teams to deliver programs focused on operational resilience, digital transformation, asset reliability, and information security governance.

The role sits at the intersection of technology, operations, risk management, and governance, ensuring successful program delivery from strategy through implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of transformation programs across industrial operations or enterprise security environments

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, IT, OT, risk, compliance, operations, and external vendors

• Define program governance frameworks, KPIs, roadmaps, and reporting structures

• Manage program timelines, budgets, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies

• Support implementation of technology platforms, governance frameworks, and operational improvements

• Ensure alignment with security, compliance, and regulatory requirements

• Drive stakeholder engagement and organisational adoption of new processes and systems

Successful candidates may work on initiatives such as:

Operational Technology & Industrial Programs

• Cybersecurity Baseline Measurement Implementation (CBMI) and predictive maintenance programs

• Integration of OT systems (SCADA, DCS, PLC) with analytics platforms

• Industrial IoT and Industry 4.0 transformation initiatives

• Asset reliability and operational efficiency programs

Information Security & Governance Programs

• ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS) implementations

• Security governance framework development

• Risk assessments and control implementation

• Security audit preparation and certification programs

Experience

We welcome candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas:

• 6–12+ years in Program / Project Management within technology, industrial, or security environments

• Experience delivering digital transformation, operational technology, or security governance programs

• Background in industries such as Manufacturing, Energy, Utilities, Industrial Technology, Finance, Pharma, or other regulated sectors

Skills & Knowledge

• Strong stakeholder management and program delivery experience

• Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership

• Knowledge of Operational Technology environments (SCADA, DCS, PLC, Industrial IoT)

OR

• Experience implementing Information Security Management Systems (ISO 27001 / ISMS)

• Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, SOC2, or GDPR

• Strong governance, risk management, and reporting capabilities

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
