Role Description
- Support daily operations for assigned markets or brands, ensuring adherence to localization guidelines and internal processes
- Assist in localization projects under senior PM supervision, execute tasks accurately, and act as backup PM when needed
- Monitor task progress in Asana, track schedules, identify bottlenecks, escalate risks, and provide clear updates during status meetings
- Maintain regular communication with internal teams and markets, providing timely responses and proactive updates via email, Teams, or calls
- Perform quality checks, prepare and validate project data and reports, and support senior PMs with analysis inputs
- Help identify project risks, propose solutions, support budget tracking, and liaise with vendors under guidance
- Work closely with localization, translation, design, and other teams to coordinate activities across markets and platforms
- Min. 1 year of experience in eCommerce, digital, or a similar field, working with international clients
- Fluent English (min. C1 - written and spoken)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Trello
- Strong organizational and time management skills, able to handle tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication, basic presentation skills, proactive, collaborative, and positive attitude
- Accuracy, attention to detail, basic analytical skills, openness to feedback, and adaptability to change
- Experience in customer service is a plus; awareness of cultural differences across regions
- Cooperation based on a B2B contract or contract of service through the professional Deel platform for international cooperation
