Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Expert with extensive experience in FinTech, trading, and capital markets platforms. The ideal candidate must have both strong design and product understanding — capable of translating complex financial journeys into clear, intuitive user experiences.

We need someone who is highly organized, fast in execution, and meticulous in maintaining structure within Figma.

This role requires excellent command of flow design, screen documentation, and visual consistency across all product journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and refine end-to-end user flows for iVestor app/ website.
• Organize, structure, and maintain Figma screens in a clear and logical format for easy collaboration across teams.
• Adds user stories to specific screens with criteria if needed.
• Build and maintain a consistent design system / component library for the app.
• Identify UX/UI gaps or errors in existing flows and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and QA to ensure pixel-perfect and functional alignment.
• Deliver structured outputs that developers and product teams can easily understand and implement.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years in UI/UX design, with a focus on FinTech
• Deep understanding of trading journeys, portfolio management, IPO subscriptions, and financial transactions.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (component usage, screen organization, prototype linking, design tokens).
• Strong ability to analyze and improve complex user journeys.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and speed of delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working on trading platforms, brokerage apps, or stock exchange systems.
• Experience collaborating with developers and product owners in FinTech projects.
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks (React, Flutter) is a plus.
