We are looking for a motivated HR Training & Development Specialist to join our government client in the UAE.
This opportunity is open exclusively for UAE Nationals and is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are passionate about developing people and supporting organizational growth.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (BS) in Human Resources or a related field
UAE National (Emirati)
0–2 years of experience in HR or Training & Development
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities
Develop and coordinate the annual employee training plan
Identify training needs and coordinate with departments and managers
Organize and coordinate internal and external training programs, workshops, and seminars
Support the planning, coordination, and supervision of employee training and development programs
Ensure employees receive the required professional, technical, and compliance training
Maintain and update training records and documentation
Support employee development initiatives aligned with company objectives and regulatory requirements
