We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to lead enterprise initiatives as mentioned in key responsibilities:

- Integration APIs and customer journeys
- Whole-of-Government integration project connecting Abu Dhabi government entities
- Suggestions and Compliments System
- Information Security Management System (ISO/IEC 27001:2013)
- Business Continuity Management System (ISO 22301:2012)
- Document Management System – EMC Documentum & Correspondence System
- ITIL Service Management Framework implementation
- SharePoint Internet & Intranet portals
- Mobile Applications and e-Services
- Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE
- Designed IT Strategic Plan aligned with organizational strategy
- Managed IT budgeting, contracting, and procurement
Requirements
- Master’s degree in business administration or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related discipline
- 12+ years of experience in IT program management or enterprise applications
- Strong experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, CRM systems, and enterprise integrations
- Proven track record managing complex multi-stakeholder IT projects
- Professional certifications such as PMP, OCP, or similar are preferred
