Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to manage and maintain the Master Data Manager (MDM) system, ensuring data accuracy and optimizing backend services for seamless performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing robust systems using Java and managing databases with Postgres/Oracle RDBMS.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage the Master Data Manager (MDM) system, ensuring data accuracy and real-time data flow to downstream systems.
  • Design, implement, and optimize ETL processes and data pipelines.
  • Develop and maintain backend services using Java (Spring, Maven) for scalable and high-performance systems.
  • Utilize strong SQL skills in Postgres/Oracle RDBMS to manage databases, write complex queries, and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and efficient development cycles.
  • Ensure code quality through peer reviews and automated testing.
  • Monitor and optimize application performance, addressing bottlenecks as needed.
  • Stay updated with the latest backend technologies and industry best practices.

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong experience in backend development using Java (Spring, Maven).
  • Expertise in database management with Postgres/Oracle RDBMS and writing complex SQL queries.
  • Proven ability to design and optimize ETL processes and data pipelines.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • A commitment to maintaining high code quality and performance standards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
