Full Stack Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, development, and enhancement of backend systems and APIs.
• Build robust, scalable microservices that power critical business applications.
• Guide and mentor junior engineers while promoting strong engineering standards.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver end‑to‑product features.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture planning, and long‑term technical strategy.
• Continuously improve system performance, security, and operational automation.

Technical Stack:

• Backend: Node.js or C#.
• Frontend: Vue or Angular.
• Architecture: Microservices, distributed systems, REST API design.
• Cloud / DevOps: Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD tooling.
• Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in software engineering.
• Strong grasp of system design, architectural principles, and best practices.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities with the ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
• Passionate about writing clean, maintainable, and well‑structured code.
• Bonus experience in insurance, fintech, or high‑volume transactional systems.
