THIS IS A CONTRACT POSITION WITH ONE OF THE LARGEST, GLOBAL, TECHNOLOGY LEADER.
We are looking for an Human Resources & Administration Specialist to support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities. The role involves managing employee lifecycle processes, handling employee queries, coordinating benefits administration, and supporting internal HR processes. Japanese language proficiency is required for communication and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Respond to and resolve employee HR-related enquiries
- Support benefits administration, including insurance enrollment, termination, and invoice processing
- Prepare and process HR letters and documentation
- Assist with general HR and administrative activities within the team
- Maintain HR records and ensure accurate documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams to support HR operations
Required Skills
- Strong IT proficiency including:
- Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams
- Japanese language proficiency (both written and verbal)
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently
- 3–4 years of experience in HR or HR Operations
- Experience handling employee lifecycle processes and HR administration is preferred
