Based in Singapore, the Assistant Manager/Manager, Payroll & HR Operations, will report to the Senior Manager, Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Regional Payroll Management:

  • Manage and execute accurate, timely, and compliant monthly regional payroll processes.
  • Oversee all payroll-related matters including tax, benefits, and year-end reporting.
  • Serve as the primary contact for regional payroll vendors, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Conduct regular payroll audits and reconciliations to maintain data integrity and drive improvements.

HR Operations & Data Integrity:

  • Ensure accurate administration and data maintenance of staff records through effective HR processes and compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
  • Maintain data integrity across the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Address inquiries on HR policies, labor law, payroll, benefits, and general HR Operations.

Project Management & Process Optimization:

  • Lead and/or collaborate on regional HR Operations projects from concept to execution, aligning with business objectives and global strategies.
  • Optimize HR processes to enhance effectiveness and employee experience.
  • Lead and/or implement HR programs effectively across regional offices.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Human Resources, Finance/Accounting or equivalent
  • Possess over 7 years of HR Operations & Payroll experience, with a proven track record, delivering HR Generalist Support and Payroll
  • Prior managerial experience would be advantageous
  • High-level attention to detail with ability to manage workload with shifting priorities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; proactive communicator able to influence and encourage innovation and maintain professional relationships and work effectively with all levels of management
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to use independent judgment in prioritising tasks, demonstrates the ability to solve difficult problems with effective solutions
  • Solid project management experience, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
