We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Futures KOL Business Development Executive. This role will focus on building and managing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers to promote our cryptocurrency exchange and achieve ambitious targets for sign-ups, deposits, and trading volume. You will be responsible for the entire KOL lifecycle, from initial outreach and negotiation to ongoing relationship management, performance tracking, and revenue share calculation. Responsibilities:
- KOL Identification and Outreach: Identify, research, and contact influential KOLs and social media influencers within the cryptocurrency and finance communities.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with KOLs, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Campaign Development and Execution: Collaborate with KOLs to develop creative and engaging promotional campaigns that resonate with their target audience. This includes brainstorming content ideas, negotiating campaign terms, and ensuring alignment with our brand guidelines.
- Performance Tracking and Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of KOL campaigns, tracking key metrics such as sign-ups, deposits, trading volume, and ROI. Identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies.
- Revenue Share Management: Calculate and manage revenue share payments to KOLs accurately and on time.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments within the cryptocurrency market.
- Reporting: Regularly report on campaign performance, market insights, and progress towards targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and technology teams to ensure seamless execution of KOL campaigns and alignment with overall business objectives.
- Market Share Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and brand awareness within the assigned region.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in business development, preferably in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry. Experience working with KOLs or influencers is a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency market and blockchain technology.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills. Ability to track, analyze, and interpret campaign performance data.
