Vice President – Transition & Transformation

About the Role
We are looking for a Vice President – Transition & Transformation to lead large‑scale, complex client transitions and drive enterprise‑level transformation initiatives.
This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring seamless service transitions, minimal business disruption, strong governance, and accelerated value realization for strategic clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the Transition & Transformation strategy across large, multi‑tower engagements
- Provide executive oversight for end‑to‑end transitions including due diligence, knowledge transfer, stabilization, and steady‑state readiness
- Establish and govern a Transition Management Office (TMO) with clear frameworks, KPIs, and executive reporting
- Act as the senior executive interface for clients during critical transition phases, steering committees, and escalations
- Embed transformation and value creation into transitions through tooling, automation, and efficiency initiatives
- Partner closely with Sales, Solutioning, Delivery, and Practice leadership to lead transition representation during the RFP process
What We’re Looking For
- 20+ years of experience in IT services / managed services, with strong exposure to large‑scale transitions and transformation programs
- Proven track record of leading complex, global, multi‑tower transitions with executive accountability
- Deep understanding of service delivery models, SLAs, governance, operating models, and steady‑state readiness
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C‑suite and senior client stakeholders
- Experience building and running enterprise governance structures (TMO)
- Exposure to RFP solutioning, transition assurance, and post‑deal transformation
- Background in Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, End User Services, or Platform‑led transitions is a strong plus
