My client, a global Real Estate Investment Manager, is seeking an experienced C# Software Developer to join their technology team in New York.

In this role, you will work closely with portfolio management, risk management, and accounting teams to deliver innovative technology solutions that address their unique challenges.

Key responsibilities will include designing, developing, and supporting their proprietary mortgage loan management systems, as well as enhancing and maintaining existing applications to optimise business workflows.

As part of a dynamic and fast-paced team, you will have direct exposure to senior technologists and business stakeholders, playing a critical role in driving operational efficiency and establishing the firm’s technological leadership in financial services.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop full stack solutions to business requirements around data management, accounting, and analytic solutions
• Troubleshoot and debug applications, resolving issues in a timely manner
• Work with users and support team to solve application issues
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices to continuously improve skills and contribute to the team

Requirements:

• Professional experience in data management and relational data
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on development experience in full stack development
• Strong analytical and programming skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality software
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Experience in the Fixed Income / Securities trading industry
