Location: Onsite Monday-Thursday in Denver, CO - remote on Fridays

Type: Direct Hire - FTE

Salary Range: $90-130k base + bonus + benefits

We’re looking for a hands-on Atlassian Cloud expert to manage and optimize our suite of tools, including Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Opsgenie, and Assets. This role ensures smooth operations, robust integrations, and advanced administration across our Atlassian environment while mentoring other administrators to strengthen team coverage.


What You’ll Do

  • Administer and maintain Atlassian Cloud applications, including Jira, Confluence, Opsgenie, Assets, and associated integrations
  • Configure Opsgenie for alerting, on-call rotations, escalation policies, routing rules, and incident response workflows
  • Build, maintain, and optimize Atlassian Assets (CMDB) schemas, object types, relationships, and permissions
  • Design and implement integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, and built-in automation rules across GitHub, Azure DevOps, GitLab, and other platforms
  • Maintain workflows, permission schemes, notifications, and templates for Jira projects while supporting continuous improvement
  • Deliver training, documentation, and mentorship for other Jira administrators and power users
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance Atlassian system usability, efficiency, and data quality


What You Bring

  • 3+ years of Atlassian Cloud administration experience, including Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence
  • Hands-on experience configuring Opsgenie for incident management and alerting
  • Strong experience with Atlassian Assets or similar CMDB/asset management tools
  • Expertise with integrations, automation, REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON payloads
  • Experience with SSO and user provisioning (Azure AD/Entra ID, Atlassian Access, SAML, SCIM)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical topics for non-technical audiences
  • Self-starter attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and adaptability in fast-moving environments
