The Role

We’re looking for a Junior UX/UI Designer with strong Figma skills who wants hands-on experience designing real e-commerce experiences.

You will work closely with our team to design and developer to improve our website UX/UI, including product pages, landing pages, and user journeys.

This is a great role for someone early in their career—Especially candidates with an undergraduate degree from an art or design school.—who has a strong design eye and wants to grow quickly by working on real products used by thousands of customers.

You don’t need years of experience.

You do need good taste, curiosity, and strong Figma skills.

What You’ll Do

• Design and improve UX/UI for our website and e-commerce experience

• Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma

• Build and maintain Figma components and design systems

• Design product pages, landing pages, and website layouts

• Help translate brand identity into clean typography, layout, and visual hierarchy

• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly

• Iterate on designs based on UX feedback and testing

• Help maintain consistent visual design across the website and marketing assets

• Occasionally assist with email marketing and digital campaign assets

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree graduate from an art or design school (preferred)

• Strong visual design fundamentals: layout, typography, spacing, color

• Comfortable using Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping)

• Basic understanding of UX principles and user-centered design

• Interest in website and digital product design

• Detail-oriented and open to feedback

• Curious and excited to learn in a startup environment

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Experience designing e-commerce or Shopify websites

• Experience designing landing pages or marketing pages

• Experience designing email marketing assets

• Interest in baby care, sustainability, or wellness brands
